Contact your local emergency services first — in the US, that's 911. Your safety comes before anything on this platform. Once you're safe, please tell us so we can act.
Report a concern
Saw something that breaks our Code of Conduct? You can report any message or profile right where you see it — use the report option on a green-room thread or a member's profile. For anything serious, or that happened off-platform, email [email protected]. Tell us what happened, where, and who was involved. Safety reports are the first thing we look at.
Your data & privacy
To ask for a copy of your data, or to delete your account, email [email protected]. You can also ask the Concierge to show, change, or forget anything it remembers about you. See the Privacy page for the full picture.
